Cecil Partnerships and United Way of Cecil County jointly conducted a Community Needs Assessment early in 2005. Areas of concern or need for children to seniors were addressed. In 2007, Cecil Partnerships conducted a community survey seeking input from our local citizens. Based upon the feedback, we were able to determine where the greatest needs are in our community. It assisted us in knowing where to focus our funding streams and efforts to provide additional services to children, youth and families. Your input and opinions are extremely valuable and assist us in targeting the appropriate ages and services that are needed in Cecil County.  As we continue our efforts and publish additional surveys, be sure to take time and give your honest assessment.
